We do not encourage the culture of engaging highly priced senior counsels to match the opponent's hype or to create our own.

Our pricing constructs try to steer away from billing our clients for non-productive partner time or even consultant time. We attempt to quote fixed fees for transactions that have well defined boundaries and outcomes.

Our Administrative and Legal Case Management fees are a very small fraction of our litigation costs.
